Victoria is part-time faculty for the University of San Francisco (USF)-Sacramento campus, and Chapman University College-Roseville campus where she teaches Career Counseling Theory and Practice, Career Information and Assessment, and Outplacement Counseling courses. She is also a certified Master Trainer of The Real Game Series, a set of six international career curriculums used to help students and adults see the relevance of knowing how to make proactive, informed life/career decisions. In addition, Victoria is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) Instructor. The GCDF curriculum teaches counselors, teachers, and career paraprofessionals career counseling skills, and assessments that help keep them current and knowledgeable in the field of career counseling and development. Victoria has over 15 years of experience in public and state service working in areas from program management and analysis, strategic planning, and disaster recovery to computer training, and is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP). She enjoys helping people realize, confirm, and act upon their goals and passions in life.
